The Preserve sits atop the Del Mar Mesa and has for years been the spot that the ‘old timers’ and the ranchers would stop to peruse the stunning landscapes

The Del Mar Mesa is a 2000 acre ridge on the coast between La Jolla and Del Mar. The entire Del Mar Mesa is restricted to only 550 estate home sites adjacent to the 3,270 acre Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve. The entire mesa will have multi-use equestrian, biking and hiking trails throughout the neighborhoods.

While maintaining a rural feel with meandering, two lane country-like roads access to Del Mar, La Jolla and San Diego is extremely convenient by connections to Highway 56 at the foot of the hills.
